Can I delete my account permanently?

Yes, you can request permanent account deletion from your account settings. This will erase all your personal data, learning history, and recordings from our system in accordance with our data retention policy. While we'll be sad to see you go, we respect your right to control your data completely.

Who has access to my voice recordings?

Your voice recordings are only accessible to our AI system and to your assigned pronunciation coaches. Our employees sign strict confidentiality agreements, and recordings are never shared with third parties. Your privacy is essential to creating a safe, comfortable learning environment where you can practice freely and progress confidently.

How long do you keep my data?

We retain your account data and learning history as long as your account remains active, allowing you to track your impressive progress over time. Voice recordings are stored for 12 months to enable progress comparisons and celebration of your improvements. Inactive accounts are archived after 12 months and fully deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
