How do I create an account?

Creating your PeakESL account is the first exciting step on your pronunciation journey! Visit www.peakesl.com and click "Sign Up" in the top right corner. You can register using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account. After verifying your email, you'll choose your username and avatar guide, select your preferred coach voice, and take your Personalized Pronunciation Test. Then you're ready to begin your ascent up the mountain of English fluency!

How do I update my payment method?

Updating your payment method is simple! Log in to your account, go to "Settings," then "Subscription", then "Manage Billing". Click "Edit Payment Method" to update your card details or change payment methods. We make managing your account easy so you can focus on what matters - your pronunciation progress!

Can I change my subscription plan?

Absolutely! As your needs evolve, so can your subscription. Go to "Settings," then "Subscription," and select "Manage Plan." Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Your journey is unique, and we're here to support your changing needs every step of the way!

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we'll be sad to see you go, canceling is straightforward. Log in to your account, go to "Settings," then "Subscription," then "Manage Subscription," and select "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Remember, your progress data will be saved if you decide to return to your pronunciation journey in the future!

Do you offer refunds?

We offer an 8-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with our service within your first month, contact our friendly support team for a full refund. We're confident you'll love your PeakESL experience, but your satisfaction is our priority!

When will I be billed?

Your first payment will be processed immediately. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month or year, depending on your billing cycle.
